For anyone who loves food, antiques, jewellery, 
fashion or just wondering around at a leisure pace to see what there is, the markets in London is the place to be.
The Borough Market near London Bridge is the best spot for food shopping. It has fresh fruit, seafood, baked goods, freshly squeezed juices and meats. There are also breads, olives, jams, cheeses and so much more! There are products to take home and snacks to enjoy on site.
We enjoyed lovely fresh fruit juice and a nice Portuguese roll with beef filling. We also enjoyed lovely fudge, nuts and fruit.

The Portobello Market is slightly different to the
Borough Market. This one is a good spot for antique shopping and is one of the most famous street markets in the world.
The Portobello Market goes straight through the popular area of Notting Hill running along its namesake road, Portobello Road. Most of the market consists of antique stalls, however there are also numerous food stalls selling fresh fruits and vegetables and various international food types. There are also sections selling new goods, fashionable clothing and accessories and second hand products.

My most recent market experience was to the Spitalfields Market. This one is close to Liverpool Street station and is quite a trendy market. Showcasing fashion, art, interiors and property, there is bound to be something that catches your eye here. There aren’t as many foodie stalls at this market but rather the creative works of many very talented individuals.

And now with Christmas just around the corner, there are loads of Christmas Markets popping up. I can’t wait to check them out.
