My housemate & I recently went to see a movie at the cinema. Not knowing anything about ‘The American’ except that it starred George Clooney, may not have been the best way of selecting a movie.
Generally speaking, choosing a movie based on the actors doesn’t usually lead to disappointment, but this movie was somewhat interesting.
I can’t say I was disappointed in the film, but rather intrigued. It had an unusual storyline.
Nonetheless, it was nice to be in a movie house with a bit screen & surround sound.
